A new investors enters the industrial zone 25. 10. 2015

On Monday 26 October a contract was signed in the ceremony hall in the Town hall. It is a contract about selling a plot in the industrial zone Kolín – Ovčáry. The owner of 4ha plot is the Japanese company Tsubaki.

The sale of this plot will bring 16 million Czech crowns for Kolín. The building of the plant for chain production will start next year and in two years the production will run fully. The company plans to hire about 50 people in the first phase and about 90 people during the full production.

Kolín is the first investment of Tsubaki in Central-Eastern Europe. The company was making the decision for this location for more than one year.
